As yoga has been a substantial contributor to the well-being of mankind for ages, a dedicated study in this field has gained major importance over time. The PG Diploma program in Yogic Science at UIHMT is a one-year full-fledged course that aims to help students acquire expert and scientific knowledge in the area of Yoga. During the tenure of this study, the students will be involved in the process of Yoga practices from the initial concept through to the delivery while developing relevant skills and competencies.
